06. PROPPING UP THE MUR DE LES LLÀGRIMES [WALL OF TEARS] AND RENOVATING THE PATH

We at Park Güell are also keen to ensure that the areas surrounding the park are accessible and that includes improving the urban infrastructure around the park, in this case the 1223 bus stop, Ana Maria de Matute, by the Club de Natació de Catalunya. 

The action involved creating a more accessible space, reorganising and extending the pavement, installing a canopy and urban furniture, and installing a traffic light at the new pedestrian crossing on Carretera del Carmel, where traffic lights had not been installed before.
