Can I enter Park Güell with a bicycle?

Submitted by cbalart on Wed, 10/09/2025 - 16:44

For conservation reasons of this UNESCO World Heritage site, entering and cycling inside Park Güell is generally prohibited. Exceptionally, access is allowed for the educational community of Baldiri i Reixac School during school dismissal hours, and for local residents during the authorized “Bon dia” and “Bon vespre” time slots. In such cases, cycling is only permitted on designated paths, at a maximum speed of 10 km/h, always giving priority to pedestrians and avoiding vegetated or heritage areas. In case of crowding, it is mandatory to walk the bicycle.

This document may be requested at the park entrances during a nominal check.
