What is our purpose in processing personal data?

The personal data of the person concerned are processed for the purposes of managing and developing the agreed services. This includes sending the entrance tickets to the email address provided at the time of purchase, sending a reminder the day before the visit, and sending a satisfaction survey after the visit. They may possibly also receive other communications informing them of important aspects relating to their visit.

The personal data of the person concerned will also be processed for the following purposes as long so as they have given their consent.

  • Sending communications and promotions about BSM group services and activities through which shopping profiles and habit analysis can be produced from the information obtained.

How long will we keep the data?

The personal data provided by the interested party shall be kept while the contract signed between the interested party and the BSM Group is in force. After it has finished, they will be blocked until the legal applicable time period has ended.

What are the interested parties’ rights with regard to the data they provide?

Every person has the right to obtain confirmation on whether we are processing the personal data involving them.
