One of the three residences that were built in the park and the only one that preserves the property
This construction, designed by Juli Batllevell i Arús, is located on the only two plots that were ever sold. Owned by Martí Trias i Domènech, the lawyer for the Güell family, it was built between 1903 and 1906. Today, it continues to be a private residence and is still owned by the same family, the descendants of the lawyer and his wife, Anna Maxenchs.
